Upon a successful sale of a car plate number through Carplate.com.sg, the following seller fee structure applies:
A fee of 10% of the selling price or $500, whichever is higher, will be charged by SG Carplate Pte Ltd.
No charge is applicable for normal advertisements on our website.
Use of Website:
SG Carplate Pte Ltd owns the website Carplate.com.sg which is a consignment and marketplace for car plate sellers and buyers to buy and sell their car plate number.The user allows Carplate.com.sg to post their car plate number on the website, social media, and online/offline classifieds.The user should inform Carplate.com.sg if their Vehicle Registration Plate availability has changed and update their information on the website.Carplate.com.sg reserves the right to remove, suspend, or edit any posting at their discretion without prior notification to the user.The user warrants that the information provided is correct and current.Carplate.com.sg reserves the right to decline a new registration or suspend/terminate any account at any time at their sole and absolute discretion.The user allows and agrees to be contacted by Carplate.com.sg at any time via the contact details submitted through the website.By submitting any post or advertisement to the website, the user grants Carplate.com.sg a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, sub-licensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, perform, adapt, modify, sell, distribute, and promote such content in any form, in all media now known or hereinafter created and for any purpose, subject to the Privacy Policy. The user represents and warrants that they have sufficient rights to grant this license. The tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator to be appointed by the Chairman of SIAC. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to seek and obtain injunctive relief in any jurisdiction in order to protect our intellectual property rights or to enforce our rights under these Terms.
